December 11th

Dear Family,

I hope you had a great birthday, Dad!!
Things have been going great this week! The other day when we had a tsunami in the area of the elders to help them find more people to teach and reach their estandarte, Hermana Choc and I found a woman named Sol. We went back with the elders to introduce them to her. They started teaching her and she came to church on Sunday. We sat next to her and she loved it! So that was a cool miracle!

A lot of our investigators are never home or don´t want us to teach them anymore. So we are in the search for new investigators! Hermana Choc had contacted a guy named Walter, so we went to look for him. On Saturday we taught him and invited him to be baptized and to come to church. He said he wasn´t going to come to church the following day and that he wasn´t sure about being baptized. But he asked us to come by the following day after church. Hermana Choc and I decided to fast for him because we wanted to see a miracle with Walter! We went by and taught him about the Plan of Salvation and asked him he had thought more about baptism. He said yes and that he wanted to get baptized! It was honestly a miracle. And something we had promised him was that the Lord would help him find a job and he found a job! Literally in a day! Miracles are about :)

This morning I was reading in the first chapter of Moses. I love that chapter because it reminds us who we are. We literally are all children of our Heavenly Father. I remember Mom and Dad always saying, ´´Remember who you are!´´ whenever I left the house. Satan doesn´t want us to remember who we are. When we forget that we are children of a King, we are more prone to fall into temptation. So this week I want you all to remember who you are! You are children of God. Be proud of that divine heritage and act accordingly :)

I hope you have an awesome week and that you like the pictures I sent!
Love,
Katie
